Nescafé is a globally recognized brand of instant coffee produced by Nestlé. The "Special Filtre" range is particularly prominent in the French market, often manufactured at Nestlé's specialized facilities such as the Dieppe plant in Normandy, France.
Originally launched in Switzerland in 1938 after seven years of development, Nescafé was created to help find a solution to the surplus of coffee beans in Brazil. Since its inception, it has remained under the ownership of Nestlé, a Swiss multinational food and drink processing conglomerate. Nestlé is currently the world's largest food company, managing a vast portfolio of brands across various nutrition and health categories.
