Giant Wooden Tumble Towers are a popular outdoor and event variation of the classic block-stacking game. Unlike the official Jenga brand, which is a registered trademark of Hasbro and Pokonobe Associates, these oversized versions are produced by numerous manufacturers globally for the event rental and backyard game markets. The concept of the block-stacking game was originally inspired by the traditional Takaradi game from Ghana and was brought to the global market as 'Jenga' in the 1980s.
Today, large-scale wooden versions like the one pictured are commonly made from pine or paulownia wood. While the original Jenga brand is owned by Hasbro, generic giant versions are typically unbranded or sold under various leisure labels such as Sunnylife, Jenjo, or Yard Games. Manufacturing primarily takes place in China and Vietnam due to timber sourcing and woodwork processing efficiencies, though some premium sets are handcrafted locally in countries like Australia and the United States.
