In 2020, the brand entered a new era when it was acquired by the Ferrero-related company, CTH Invest. Today, Fox's operates as part of the Fox's Burton’s Companies (FBC UK), following a merger of two of Britain's most historic biscuit manufacturers under the ultimate ownership of the Ferrero family interests headquartered in Luxembourg.
