Busch Light beer

Busch Light is a well-known American light lager that has long been a staple in the value-beer segment. Originally launched in 1989 as Busch Light Draft, it was developed by Anheuser-Busch to provide a lower-calorie alternative to the original Busch Beer, which itself debuted in 1955 under the name Busch Bavarian Beer. The brand is famously associated with its refreshing profile and outdoor-themed marketing, often featuring mountain imagery on its silver and blue packaging.

The manufacturing process primarily takes place at numerous Anheuser-Busch breweries across the United States, including major facilities in St. Louis, Missouri. Ownership of the brand shifted significantly in 2008 when the Belgian-Brazilian brewing giant InBev acquired Anheuser-Busch, leading to the formation of Anheuser-Busch InBev (AB InBev). Today, the brand is managed as part of the extensive international portfolio of AB InBev, the world's largest brewing company, while continuing to maintain its heritage as a quintessential American beer.
