Produced by the Brasserie Goudale (formerly Brasserie de Gayant), the brand matches historical brewing techniques with modern production. In 2010, the brewery was acquired by André Pecqueur, who also owns the Saint-Omer Brewery. The production facilities are currently located in Arques, France, in a state-of-the-art brewery that remains one of the largest independent brewing sites in the country, maintaining French ownership and local manufacturing heritage.
