In 2017, Vigor Alimentos was acquired by the Mexican dairy giant Grupo Lala. However, as of recent corporate shifts including the year 2026, the brand belongs to the J&F Investimentos group, a massive Brazilian private investment holding. Manufacturing remains primarily localized in Brazil to serve its domestic market, utilizing extensive local supply chains for dairy production.
