Today, the company remains an independent, private entity headquartered in Redwood City, California. Manufacturing initially centered at its own facility in Oakland, California, but has since expanded through strategic partnerships with major food processors like OSI Group to meet global demand. While the bulk of production remains in the United States to serve North American and international markets, the company continues to scale its supply chain to reach consumers in restaurants and grocery stores worldwide.
