Sanex is a well-known personal care brand specialized in skin health. Originally founded in Spain in 1984 by the company Laboratorios de Cosmética Científica (later acquired by Cruz Verde), it was designed to be one of the first shower gels to be pH-balanced for the skin.

Manufacturing for Sanex products, including this roll-on anti-perspirant, occurs across multiple countries, particularly within Europe, to serve international markets. In 2011, the brand was acquired by Colgate-Palmolive from Unilever. This acquisition cemented Sanex's position under a global consumer goods giant headquartered in the United States. Today, the brand continues to focus on dermatologically tested formulas suitable for sensitive skin types, distributed globally through various regional subsidiaries.
