J.P. van Bommel' heritage and has been a purveyor to the Dutch Royal Household since 1952.

While the brand maintains a significant portion of its production in its original factory in Moergestel to preserve the 'Handmade in Holland' seal for its premium lines, some manufacturing processes and specific collections, including its younger contemporary brand 'Floris van Bommel', are outsourced to specialized factories in Portugal and Spain.
