Dr. Gab's Houleuse Blanche beer

Dr. Gab's Houleuse is a craft wheat beer (Blanche) produced by Brasserie Dr. Gab's. The brand was founded in 2001 in Switzerland by three friends: Gabriel, Reto, and David. Initially a garage project, it became one of the pioneers of the Swiss craft beer movement.

The brewing operations are located in Puidoux, in the canton of Vaud, Switzerland. The company remained independent and family-owned for many years until expanding its distribution and production capacity to meet growing Swiss demand. It is currently owned by the founding partners and an investment group based in Switzerland, maintaining its identity as a local Swiss brewery.
