Lurisia Chinotto

Lurisia is a premium Italian beverage brand known for its association with high-quality mineral water and traditional Italian sodas. The Chinotto variant is particularly famous, made using the Chinotto fruit from the Savona region (Slow Food Presidium). Founded in 1940 by Piero Verga following the discovery of the Nivolano spring in Piedmont, Italy, the brand has built a reputation for using high-quality ingredients and iconic glass packaging.

In September 2019, The Coca-Cola Company, through its subsidiary Coca-Cola HBC Italia, acquired Lurisia for an enterprise value of approximately 88 million euros. While the brand remains deeply rooted in Italian heritage and its products continue to be manufactured primarily at the historical plant in Roccaforte Mondovì (Cuneo), Italy, it is now part of the global portfolio of the American beverage giant.
