In recent years, the ownership structure of NH Hotel Group has undergone a major shift. Following a successful takeover bid, the Thai-based Minor International (MINT) became the majority shareholder and ultimate owner. This partnership has allowed NH Hotels to merge its European and American expertise with the global hospitality network of Minor, creating a powerhouse in the travel sector. Today, the brand operates as a key pillar within Minor Hotels, maintaining its Mediterranean heritage while leveraging a global infrastructure headquartered in both Madrid and Bangkok.
