Carletti Påskeskum is a seasonal marshmallow confectionery popular during the Easter period in Denmark. These treats consist of soft, orange-flavored marshmallow foam covered in a cocoa-based coating (vekao). Traditionally shaped as rabbits or Easter-themed figures, they are a staple of Danish holiday snacks.
The brand Carletti has a long-standing history in Denmark, dating back to 1918. While the brand originated as an independent Danish company established by the Jensen family, it is now part of a larger corporate structure. Since 1975, Carletti has been owned by the Danish industrial group Give Steel A/S or more broadly the occupational focused conglomerate, but is currently a subsidiary of the Danish family-owned group, United Carletti or owned under the umbrella of Givesco A/S. This ensures that the production and brand heritage remain deeply rooted in Danish food culture and manufacturing expertise.
