Drayton is a well-established British brand specializing in heating controls and environmental systems. Based in Plymouth, UK, the company has a long history of manufacturing energy-efficient heating solutions, including the iconic analog thermostats often found in residential homes throughout Britain.

Originally part of the ACL (Applied Controls Ltd) group, the brand was acquired by Invensys and later became part of Schneider Electric following their acquisition of Invensys in 2014. Schneider Electric, a global leader in energy management and automation, continues to manage the Drayton brand as part of its residential controls portfolio. While older models like the one pictured were predominantly manufactured at their Plymouth facility, the brand's production now integrates into Schneider's global supply chain while maintaining a strong British engineering core.
