Dale of Norway is a legendary textile brand founded in 1879 in the village of Dale, Norway. The brand is renowned for its high-quality knitwear made from 100% Norwegian wool, often featuring traditional Nordic patterns such as the eight-petal rose and Selma motifs.

Since its inception, the company has maintained its production facility in Dale, making it one of the few textile companies that still manufactures in Norway. The brand became internationally famous as the official outfitter for the Norwegian National Ski Team and the Olympic Games. In 2018, the luxury French-Italian outerwear company Rossignol Group acquired Dale of Norway to integrate it into its portfolio of premium mountain sports brands.
