Odol Original Pastillen

Odol is an iconic oral hygiene brand with a history dating back to late 19th-century Germany. Originally invented by Karl August Lingner in Dresden in 1892, Odol revolutionized the market with its concentrated mouthwash. The 'Pastillen' shown here are a portable confectionary extension of the brand's signature fresh-breath formula.

Today, the Odol brand is a global name in oral care. For many decades, it was part of the GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) portfolio. However, following a major corporate spin-off in 2022, the brand is now owned by Haleon, a leading independent consumer healthcare company. Manufacturing remains centered in Europe, particularly Germany, to serve its primary markets.
