It is currently under the ownership of Valeo Foods, a major European consumer foods group headquartered in Dublin. Valeo Foods was acquired by the global investment firm Bain Capital in 2021, which now serves as the ultimate owner, managing a diverse portfolio of heritage food brands across the UK, Ireland, and mainland Europe.
