CCS – Contest Control System

CCS (Contest Control System) is a specialized class of software designed to manage competitive programming environments, most notably used in the International Collegiate Programming Contest (ICPC). It serves as the central hub for receiving code submissions, executing test cases, and updating real-time scoreboards. Unlike a physical consumer product, CCS refers to a technical specification and a set of software tools developed through international academic collaboration.

The development of CCS standards is overseen by the ICPC and its technical committees. Various implementations exist, such as DOMjudge or Kattis, which adhere to the Contest API specifications.
