Leitíssimo Milk

Leitíssimo is a premium Brazilian dairy brand established in 2002 by New Zealand farmers David and Simon Wallace. Searching for a tropical climate suitable for their specialized grass-fed dairy techniques, they settled in Jaborandi, located in the western region of Bahia, Brazil. The brand is known for its vertical integration, where the entire production process—from the pedigree of the herd to the final packaging—occurs within their own farm community known as 'Aldeia Leitíssimo.'

The brand's philosophy centers on sustainable, free-range cattle grazing on pasture year-round, utilizing New Zealand cattle genetics adapted to the Brazilian environment. This model avoids the use of hormones like rBST and maintains rigorous health controls against diseases like brucellosis and tuberculosis. Today, Leitíssimo remains under the ownership of its founding family and partners, operating as an independent company focused on high-quality UHT milk, cream, and related dairy products marketed under the Leitíssimo and Delicari brands.
