Dash is a renowned laundry detergent brand originally developed by the American consumer goods giant Procter & Gamble in the 1960s. The brand was created to provide high-efficiency cleaning solutions for various types of washing machines. Over the decades, Dash has evolved from traditional powder to liquid and modern pod formats like the 3in1 Pods shown here, which are designed for stain removal and freshness.
Today, the ownership of Dash is divided by region. In the European market depicted (with packaging in Dutch and French), the brand continues to be owned and managed by Procter & Gamble (P&G). In other regions, such as Italy, the brand rights were divested to other entities like Bolton Group, but for the Benelux market, it remains a P&G staple. Manufacturing takes place in several highly automated plants across Europe, including facilities in France and Amiens, to serve the local markets.
