Mou Aspargessuppe & Tomatsuppe

Mou is a quintessential Danish brand synonymous with traditional soups and stock (bouillon). Founded in 1960 by Sigurd Mou in Esbjerg, the brand started with high-quality classic hen soup. The products shown, Asparagus Soup (Aspargessuppe) and Tomato Soup (Tomatsuppe), are popular frozen ready-to-heat meals in Denmark.

The manufacturing is primarily centered in Denmark to maintain the authentic taste profile associated with Danish home cooking. While the brand has historical roots in local craftsmanship, it is now part of a larger corporate portfolio. Since 1999, Mou has been owned by Danish Crown, one of the world's largest food exporters, which manages the production through its subsidiary Foods (Tulip Food Company), ensuring broad distribution across Scandinavia.
