YES Torty is a well-known snack cake brand that was highly popular in Europe particularly during the 1980s and 1990s. This cocoa-glazed cake bar was originally developed and launched by Nestlé in Germany, characterized by its iconic 'Kleine Pause' (Little Break) marketing campaigns.

While Nestlé owns the trademark and brand, the actual production of YES bars is currently handled by Kuchenmeister GmbH, a specialist German bakery company located in Soest. This allows the product to maintain its traditional German manufacturing quality. Nestlé, the ultimate owner, is a Swiss multinational food and beverage giant headquartered in Vevey, Switzerland. Despite a period of withdrawal from several markets in the early 2000s, the brand was relaunched due to cult classic status and remains a staple in the DACH region confectionery market.
