Arnott's Shapes are a quintessentially Australian savoury snack originally introduced by the legendary Arnott's Biscuits company. First launched in Victoria in the 1950s, the brand became a national icon known for its unique range of shapes and 'flavour you can see' seasoning. The manufacturing process remains deeply rooted in Australia, with the primary production facility located in Huntingwood, New South Wales, ensuring the product retains its original quality and local heritage.
While Arnott's is an Australian cultural staple, its ownership has transitioned through several major global entities over the decades. Originally a family-owned business, it was acquired by the American Campbell Soup Company in 1997. In late 2019, the brand was sold to Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR), a major American global investment firm. Today, Arnott's operates under the Arnott's Group, which is owned by KKR, maintaining its headquarters in North Strathfield, Australia, despite the international ownership.
