İçim is a prominent Turkish dairy brand that was established in 1996. The product shown is a sterilized cooking cream with 26% fat content, manufactured in Sakarya, Turkey. The brand was originally launched by Ak Gıda, which was part of the Yıldız Holding group. In 2015, the French dairy giant Lactalis acquired a majority stake in Ak Gıda, bringing the İçim brand under its global portfolio.

Today, the brand continues to be a market leader in Turkey, benefitting from the extensive distribution and production expertise of the Groupe Lactalis. The ultimate ownership lies with the Besnier family, who control Lactalis from their headquarters in Laval, France. The product's packaging reflects its international reach, featuring multilingual information (English, Turkish, and Arabic) and the 'Türk Malı' (Made in Turkey) seal.
