In early 2022, the brand reached a major milestone when it was acquired by the American footwear giant Crocs, Inc. This acquisition allowed Heydude to leverage a global distribution network and scale its operations significantly. While the brand has Italian roots, it is now part of an American corporate portfolio, with manufacturing primarily concentrated in regions such as China and Vietnam to support its high global demand.
