Bundaberg is an iconic Australian brand of non-alcoholic brewed beverages, most famous for its Ginger Beer sold in distinctive 'stubby' glass bottles with a ring-pull cap. Founded in the town of Bundaberg, Queensland, in 1968, the brand began when the Fleming family purchased Electra Breweries. Since its inception, the company has maintained a strict commitment to traditional brewing processes, using real ingredients like local ginger and cane sugar which are fermented for up to three days to develop a rich, complex flavor.

While many global beverage brands are owned by massive multinational conglomerates, Bundaberg remains a fiercely independent, fourth-generation family-owned business. It is currently operated by the Fleming family, with John McLean (the son-in-law of founder Cliff Fleming) serving as a key executive leader. Although the company entered into a high-profile distribution partnership with PepsiCo in 2018 to expand its footprint in the United States, it remains entirely independent in terms of ownership and production. The vast majority of its products are still brewed and bottled in its state-of-the-art 'Master Brewery' in Bundaberg, Queensland, supporting local Australian farmers and the regional economy.
