Bora Bora is a well-known floral fragrance launched in 2002 by the American fashion house Liz Claiborne. The scent was designed to evoke a tropical and exotic atmosphere, featuring notes of water lily, iris, jasmine, and sandalwood. It became a staple in the brand's expansive perfume portfolio during the early 2000s.

The fragrance brand, originally founded by designer Liz Claiborne in New York in 1976, has seen several changes in ownership. While the brand initially focused on women’s sportswear, its fragrance line grew into a massive commercial success. In 2008, Elizabeth Arden, Inc. acquired the global exclusive license for Liz Claiborne fragrances. Subsequently, Revlon acquired Elizabeth Arden in 2016, making Revlon the ultimate owner of the Liz Claiborne fragrance portfolio, including the Bora Bora line. Manufacturing for these fragrances primarily takes place in the United States under Revlon's production facilities.
