Elite Coffee, also known as Elite Cafe, is one of Israel's most iconic coffee brands. The 'House Blend' (Blend Ha-Bayit) featured on the packaging is a specific local roast consisting of 70% Arabica and 30% Robusta beans, designed for a balance of intensity and aroma.

The brand was originally founded as part of the Elite company, which was established in 1934 and became a cornerstone of the Israeli food and beverage industry. Following the merger with Strauss in the early 2000s, the brand is now under the ownership of the Strauss Group. While the green coffee beans are sourced internationally from South America and Asia, the blending and roasting processes are primarily performed at the company's dedicated facilities in Israel, ensuring a profile tailored to regional tastes.
