Aardappel Anders is a popular Dutch brand specialized in ready-to-use sauces for potato gratin and casserole dishes. Launched in the late 1980s, it significantly simplified the preparation of oven-baked potato meals for Dutch households. The brand was originally created by P. de Ruijter & Zn, a company well-known for its traditional Dutch sandwich toppings.

Over the years, the brand transitioned through various corporate owners. For a long period, it was part of the Kraft Heinz portfolio. However, in 2019, Struik Foods Europe acquired the brand. Following subsequent corporate restructuring and acquisitions, the brand is currently under the umbrella of the Zwanenberg Food Group, a major European player in the meat and vegetable preservation industry based in the Netherlands. The manufacturing remains primarily centered in Dutch facilities to supply the local Benelux market.
