Göteborgs Singoalla Original biscuits

Singoalla is a classic Swedish biscuit brand launched in 1964 by Göteborgs Kex. Known for its signature shortbread ring with a creamy filling and a fruity center, the Original version features a raspberry jam filling. The brand quickly became a staple in Swedish 'fika' culture. For decades, production took place at the historic factory in Kungälv, Sweden.

However, in recent years, the ultimate owner, Orkla, decided to consolidate its biscuit production. Following the closure of the Kungälv facility specifically for large-scale baking, production was moved to Orkla's specialized biscuit factory in Latvia. Despite the change in manufacturing location, the brand remains deeply rooted in Swedish tradition and continues to be managed by Orkla Confectionery & Snacks Sverige.
