Nesquik breakfast cereal is a globally recognized chocolate-flavored cereal produced under the Nestlé brand. The product was originally inspired by the Nesquik chocolate milk powder, which was first launched in the United States in 1948 as 'Nestlé Quik'. Following its success in the beverage market, the cereal version was later developed to bring the same signature cocoa taste to the breakfast table.
Today, the cereal is manufactured in various locations worldwide, often through Cereal Partners Worldwide (CPW), a long-standing joint venture between Nestlé and General Mills established in 1990. While the brand is Swiss by heritage through Nestlé S.A., its manufacturing footprint spans many countries to serve local markets across Europe, the Americas, and beyond.
Nestlé S.A. remains the ultimate owner and is headquartered in Vevey, Switzerland. As one of the largest food and beverage companies in the world, Nestlé manages a vast portfolio of products ranging from nutrition and health sciences to snacks and breakfast staples.
