Vinamilk dairy products

Vinamilk, formally known as Vietnam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company, is the leading dairy manufacturer in Vietnam. Established in 1976 following the nationalization of three private dairy factories, the brand has grown from a state-owned enterprise into a global player in the food industry.

Today, the brand operates a vast network of farms and factories across Vietnam, utilizing advanced automation and international standards. Beyond its domestic market, Vinamilk has expanded its manufacturing footprint through investments in subsidiaries and associates abroad, including Driftwood Dairy in the United States, Angkormilk in Cambodia, and Miraka in New Zealand.

The company is a publicly traded entity on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange. While the Vietnamese government remains a significant shareholder through the State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC), the company involves substantial international investment from groups like F&N Dairy Investments (part of the Fraser and Neave group) and Jardine Cycle & Carriage.
