Qitaf is a prominent loyalty program based in Saudi Arabia, originally launched by the Saudi Telecom Company (stc) to reward its telecommunications customers. Over the years, the program has evolved significantly, expanding its ecosystem beyond mobile services to include a vast network of local and international partners, including retailers, airlines, and financial services.

With the digital transformation in the region, Qitaf has been integrated into the stc bank (formerly stc pay) ecosystem, allowing users to earn and redeem points through Visa card transactions and international transfers. It serves as a cornerstone of customer retention for the stc Group, reflecting the company's shift from a traditional telco to a comprehensive digital services provider.

The program is entirely proprietary to the Saudi Telecom Company, which is a Public Joint Stock Company majority-owned by the Public Investment Fund (PIF) of Saudi Arabia. It remains one of the largest loyalty programs in the Middle East, deeply rooted in the digital economy of the Kingdom.
