Falcon (known in Thai as Nok Heaw) is a heritage dairy brand in Thailand, primarily recognized for its evaporated milk and sweetened condensed creamer products used extensively in the beverage and culinary industries. Originally established to serve the local Thai market, the brand has become a staple for making traditional Thai iced tea and coffee, as well as for cooking savory dishes like Tom Yum.

The brand is currently owned and managed by FrieslandCampina Thailand, a subsidiary of the Dutch global dairy giant Royal FrieslandCampina. While the brand has deep Thai roots and was historically associated with local production partnerships, it is now part of FrieslandCampina's strategic focus on long-life dairy products in Southeast Asia. Manufacturing continues at the Samrong factory in Thailand, ensuring the product remains central to Thai culinary culture while benefiting from Dutch dairy expertise.
