H2O+ is a brand that pioneered water-based skincare products, focusing on marine-inspired ingredients. Founded in Chicago by Cindy Melk, the brand gained international recognition for its 'Oasis' line and high-performance hydration formulas.

In 2011, the brand was acquired by the Japanese cosmetics giant Pola Orbis Holdings. However, in 2022, Pola Orbis announced a strategic decision to retire the H2O+ brand to focus on other core business segments. While the brand is currently being phased out or transitioning its remaining assets, it remains part of the Pola Orbis portfolio history, with manufacturing historically split between the United States and Japan to serve global markets.
