Duyvis is a historic Dutch brand established in 1806 by Teun Duyvis in Koog aan de Zaan. While it began as a cattle feed and oil pressing operation, it evolved into a household name famous for its nuts and dipping sauces. This Cocktail dipping sauce mix is a dry powder intended to be mixed with mayonnaise and water to create a sweet tomato and bell pepper flavored dip.

The global food and beverage giant PepsiCo acquired Duyvis in 1991 from AkzoNobel. Today, PepsiCo manages the brand under its Dutch operations. Production is primarily concentrated in the Netherlands, specifically at their Zaandam facility, ensuring the brand maintains its traditional local heritage while benefiting from PepsiCo’s global distribution network and logistical infrastructure.
