This specific product, featured with Romanian labeling (Gust de Mango și Fructul Pasiunii), is a flavored iced tea beverage designed for the Eastern European market. Lipton's ready-to-drink (RTD) beverages are part of a long-standing strategic partnership between global giants.

The Lipton brand was originally founded by Sir Thomas Lipton in Scotland. Today, the ownership is split: the dry tea business is owned by CVC Capital Partners (under the name LIPTON Teas and Infusions), while the ready-to-drink bottled iced teas are managed through the Pepsi Lipton International joint venture. This partnership combines Unilever's (and now CVC's) tea expertise with PepsiCo's extensive bottling and distribution network. In Romania, these beverages are typically bottled locally by Quadrant Amroq Beverages, the local PepsiCo bottler, ensuring freshness and regional availability.
