Lantech is a global leader in the secondary packaging industry, renowned for inventing the stretch wrapper. The brand specializes in automated packaging solutions including pallet wrappers, case erectors, and case sealers. The machine shown in the image features a Siemens Simatic HMI control panel, which is a standard interface for industrial automation, particularly in European-produced machinery.
Originally founded in Louisville, Kentucky, Lantech expanded its footprint significantly by acquiring the Dutch company Roland Woodworking (now Lantech.com B.V.) in Cuijk, Netherlands. Consequently, production occurs at two main hubs: Louisville for the Americas and Cuijk for the European and international markets. The brand remains privately held by the founding Lancaster family, maintaining its status as an independent innovator in logistics and packaging technology.
