This unique approach remains a hallmark of the product today.

The production of Merrydown remains rooted in the United Kingdom, where it is crafted using a blend of apple varieties and a specialized yeast strain from the Champagne-Ardennes region. Since 2011, Merrydown has been a part of the SHS Group portfolio after being acquired from the Merrydown PLC company.
