Albert Heijn Geraspte Mozzarella

This product is a bag of grated mozzarella cheese from Albert Heijn, the largest supermarket chain in the Netherlands. The packaging prominently features the 'Weidemelk' (pasture milk) logo, which guarantees that the dairy comes from cows that spend at least 120 days a year, 6 hours a day in Dutch meadows.

Albert Heijn was founded in 1887 in Oostzaan, Netherlands. Today, it is part of Ahold Delhaize, a global food retail group formed by the 2016 merger of the Dutch Ahold and the Belgian Delhaize Group. While Ahold Delhaize is a multinational corporation listed on the Euronext Amsterdam, its roots and the headquarters for its Dutch operations remain firmly in the Netherlands. The mozzarella is produced and packaged within the Netherlands using milk sourced from local dairy farms.
