Velkopopovický Kozel Nealko is a non-alcoholic variation of the traditional Czech beer produced by the Velké Popovice Brewery. The brand, famous for its goat (Kozel) mascot, traces its history back to 1874 when the industrialist František Ringhoffer founded the brewery in a village just south of Prague. It has since become one of the most recognized Czech beer brands globally, known for its focus on traditional brewing methods and accessibility.

While the brand is deeply rooted in Czech heritage and primarily manufactured in its original location in Velké Popovice, its ownership has transitioned through several multinational corporations over the decades. Following the acquisition of SABMiller by Anheuser-Busch InBev, the brand (along with several other Central European assets) was sold to Asahi Group Holdings of Japan to satisfy competition regulators. Today, the brand is managed under the Plzeňský Prazdroj umbrella, which is a key subsidiary of the Japanese beverage giant.
