MoTip Brake Cleaner

MoTip Brake Cleaner is a widely recognized industrial-grade cleaning agent used primarily for automotive maintenance. The brand MoTip was originally founded in the Netherlands in 1946 as MoTip B.V. and quickly became a leader in the aerosol market for car care and refinishing products. Over the decades, it established a strong presence throughout Europe, particularly in the Benelux and DACH regions.

Today, MoTip is a core brand of European Aerosols (formerly known as the Motip Dupli Group). This group was formed through the merger of MoTip and the German company Dupli-Color, creating one of Europe's largest aerosol manufacturers. The production is concentrated in major facilities located in Wolvega, Netherlands, and Haßmersheim, Germany. Since 2021, the company has been part of the United States-based Sherwin-Williams Company, one of the world's largest manufacturers of paints and coatings, which acquired European Aerosols to expand its footprint in the European specialty coatings market.
