Jura E4 automatic coffee machine

Jura Elektroapparate AG is a Swiss company founded in 1931 by Leo Henzirohs. While it originally focused on various household appliances, it has become world-renowned specifically for its high-end, fully automatic espresso and coffee machines. The Jura E4 model shown in the image is a specialized bean-to-cup machine designed for purists who focus on black coffee specialties.

Most Jura coffee machines are engineered in Switzerland by Jura's dedicated team of experts. However, the physical manufacturing is primarily outsourced to Switzerland and Portugal. Specifically, many of their home series machines are produced in Portugal by the Swiss manufacturing partner Eugster/Frismag AG. The brand remains privately held by the founding family through the Jura Elektroapparate AG parent company, staying true to its Swiss heritage and premium market positioning.
