Delhaize Pofmaïs (Maïs à éclater) is a private-label popcorn product sold by the Belgian supermarket chain Delhaize. The product consists of dried corn kernels intended for at-home popping. The Delhaize brand has a deep-rooted history in Belgium, dating back to 1867 when it was founded by Jules Delhaize. In 2016, a major corporate merger took place between Delhaize Group and the Dutch retailer Royal Ahold, forming the Ahold Delhaize conglomerate.
