CSR Sugar products

CSR (Colonial Sugar Refining) is one of Australia's most historic brands, deeply rooted in the nation's agricultural history. While the sugar itself is harvested and refined primarily within Australia, the brand has undergone significant ownership changes over the decades.

Starting as the Colonial Sugar Refining Company in 1855, the brand became a household name for baking essentials including white sugar, brown sugar, and golden syrup. Currently, the food division of CSR is owned by Wilmar Sugar Australia, which is a subsidiary of the Singapore-based agribusiness giant Wilmar International. Despite being internationally owned, the products remain a staple of Australian kitchens and are largely processed in Australian refineries.
