To Øl Beer (Humlesovs & Wheat in Motion)

To Øl is a Danish craft brewery that began as a home-brewing project at a Copenhagen high school in 2010. The brand was founded by Tore Gynther and Tobias Emil Jensen, under the mentorship of Mikkel Borg Bjergsø (Mikkeller). For many years, To Øl operated as a 'nomadic' brewery, traveling to different facilities to brew their beer, but they eventually established their own massive production facility known as To Øl City in Svinninge, Denmark.

The products shown, Humlesovs (a Juicy IPA) and Wheat in Motion (a Wheat Beer), are part of the core range. The manufacturing primarily takes place at their state-of-the-art facility in Denmark, where they focus on high-quality ingredients and contemporary label designs. The company remains under the control of its founders and continue to be a significant player in the international craft beer scene while maintaining deep roots in Danish brewing culture.
