While the brand originated with the iconic crocodile polo shirt in France, today its products are manufactured across a global network of facilities, including locations in Peru, El Salvador, France, and Vietnam, to meet international demand.

Since 2012, Lacoste has been under the ownership of the Swiss family-held holding company MF Brands Group (formerly Maus Frères).
