Kettle Chips (or Kettle Foods) is a prominent brand specializing in premium, hand-cooked potato chips. The brand was originally established in 1978 in Salem, Oregon, USA, as 'N.S. Khalsa Company', founded by Cameron Healy. It introduced the 'Kettle' method of frying chips in batches, which gives them a distinct crunch and texture compared to mass-produced sliced chips.

The brand has undergone several ownership changes over the decades. In 2010, Diamond Foods acquired Kettle Foods. Later, in 2016, Snyder's-Lance acquired Diamond Foods. The most significant shift occurred in 2018 when the food conglomerate Campbell Soup Company acquired Snyder's-Lance in an effort to expand its snacking portfolio. The European branch of the brand, Kettle Foods Ltd (based in Norfolk, UK), was later sold by Campbell's to Valeo Foods in 2019. Consequently, depending on the market (North America vs. Europe), the brand falls under different ultimate corporate umbrellas, though Campbell's remains the primary global name associated with the original brand legacy while Valeo manages European operations.
