Weis is a classic Australian brand famous for its fruit and cream frozen bars. Originally created in 1957 by Les Weis in Toowoomba, Queensland, the brand built a reputation for using high-quality natural ingredients, particularly local Kensington Pride mangoes. The product shown features the iconic combination of real mango puree and smooth ice cream, marked with Australian certifications including Gluten-Free and Halal.

Starting from a small specialty shop, the brand grew into a national icon before being acquired by global consumer goods giant Unilever. In 2020, Unilever announced the closure of the original Toowoomba factory, moving production to their Minto facility in New South Wales to consolidate Australian manufacturing. Despite the factory move, the product remains manufactured within Australia and continues to be a staple in the Australian ice cream market under the stewardship of one of the world's largest food companies.
