Lotería Electrónica de Puerto Rico

Lotería Electrónica is the सरकारी-run electronic lottery system of Puerto Rico. It was established to modernize the traditional lottery system, introducing games such as Pega 2, Pega 3, Pega 4, and Loto Cash. The system operates through specialized terminals located in authorized retail businesses across the island.

The service is managed by the Puerto Rico Department of the Treasury (Departamento de Hacienda). While the brand and the service are owned by the government of Puerto Rico, the technical infrastructure and operations are often managed through contracts with global gaming technology companies like Scientific Games or IGT to ensure security and reliability of the electronic draws.
